Sneaky google [ads on yahoo]

google is using yahoo services to advertise to it’s own search optimization services google adwaords.
i DON’T think that yahoo is aware of what happened behind their back .
if google did that and yahoo didn’t knew anything about it then [shame on them] .
yes google adwords is somehow better than yahoo SM ; but were are talking about the concept here .

know the trick :

go to Yahoo SM

2. watch that tutorial and i have to say it really looks promising , and may be good for some online services ; but check the url that yahoo used to explain how their searching promoting service would work .. !

3. as curious i wanted to see that website they are trying to use as a simple test site . so i typed www.oldworldguitars.com in my address bar and what a surprise

4. the page www.oldworldguitars.com redirected to http://oldworldguitars.googlepages.com/ and displayed the above page .

5. and in the last there is a link in that googlepages site linking to AdWords

Pretty clever right , i didn’t see google advertising to yahoo that way , may be that is why google is making it’s own way on the web as finding new ways to promote it’s own services FOR FREE
