Ad Swapping as most Internet Marketers will know is the one of the most effective way to build a list of subscribers.
It is simply a process whereby someone with their own list and a Free Offer which may be useful to other marketers is sent to someone else’s Subscriber List in return for some sort of agreed reciprocation, i.e. the other person sends your offer to their list.
Normally to make sure things are done fairly one would send offers to similar size lists or send more than once to the others list to make up for clicks.

For those who are not familiar with the concept of Giveaway Events, this method has been used for some time by Internet Marketers to market their products and build subscriber lists.
From what I have seen these types of event have been mainly geared towards the Internet Marketing (IM) Niche, until now.

I have recently obtained a copy of the FTC Guide covering new requirements associated with providing reviews on other peoples products and affiliate marketing, this is a new law in the US which comes into effect in December this year.
I believe that all Internet Marketers we all need to take note of this even outside the US given that the vast majority of this type of business is conducted in the US itself. Read the rest of this entry
